About Us

CORE CARDIOLOGY has been serving residents of Oakville and Halton Region for over 35 years. We were one of the first facilities to be accredited in Ontario by Cardiac Care Network (now Accreditation Canada) in 2015, and most recently by Accreditation Canada in 2022 under the Ontario Echocardiography Quality Improvement Program.

We provide the full spectrum of community-based cardiology services including consultation and ongoing follow-up and management of patients with complex cardiovascular disease. The diagnostic services provided at our centre includes electrocardiogram, exercise stress test, Holter monitoring, patch monitoring, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.

For specialized services not be available at our centre, we work with colleagues locally at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and Trillium Health Partners, as well as with leading cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons at tertiary care centres in Toronto and Hamilton to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible.
